CHINESE CABBAGES

You may also see it labeled as Chinese white cabbage, Peking cabbage, or celery cabbage. This oblong, large-headed cabbage has firmly packed, crinkly, pale green, thickly veined leaves and a white stalk (hence the alternative name "celery cabbage").
